Black Sage Studio is a private, appointment-only tattoo studio located in Evergreen, Colorado, just 30 minutes west of Denver. Our award-winning artists have decades of combined experience and have been published, recognized, and trusted by clients from all walks of life.
Founded in 2014, Black Sage was built to feel calm, focused, and welcoming. Each artist works out of a private room, allowing you to relax, stay present, and have a smoother tattoo experience without distractions.
Our artists live and breathe art, each with their own style, working together when needed to elevate your vision. We value quality, comfort, and genuine connection, and we think you’ll feel that the moment you walk in.

*Our Building is in the La Plaza, the only Adobe building in town.
We are a small building located in the back of the parking lot. Our Suite is upstairs.
