Tattoo Appointment Preparation

Prepping for your session will lead to a more comfortable day for you and your artist.
We recommend that you get proper rest leading up to your session. Eat well, hydrate, and stay away from drugs and alcohol within days of your session and obviously the day of. Dress comfortable, you will be lying or sitting for hours.

Clothing options:
For back/chest/rib piece’s, bring a button up sweater, thin cardigan or zip up hoodie, as you can wear this backwards with the back open to stay warm and comfortable during your session, socks, soft and baggy draw string pants, no belts. We have pasties for the ladies, just ask. For leg pieces, soft pants with comfortable boy shorts underneath, or tie bikini bottom, thong if working on the buttock. A robe or a sarong also works great. For arms, wear a black tank top or sleeveless shirt. Being in socks is also comfy. Comfy house pants, no jeans. It’s good to have your tattoo attire, you know what works and what can get dirty without heart break. Bring a bed pillow if you want, ear buds for your own music, chargers, snacks, lunch, drinks, eat a good breakfast, and rest well the night before. You WILL need food and drink, so even if you had a big breakfast you still need to have caloric and sugar intake throughout the day to keep your blood sugar level and energy levels up. Studio directions can be found in the “Travel” tab. Each artist has there own after care But you will need at home for afterwards, plastic wrap and/or SaniDerm and soap; Dr. Bronners Peppermint soap OR basic Dial antibacterial soap, medical tape as well for when you get home. PLEASE Do Not Arrive with Numbing cream on!!

Be prepared to have a good meal when you get home from your session, and a relaxing day after your session as well. We pride ourselves in our process and want to set you up for a successful healthy session and aftercar

Thank you for honoring our recommendations, it will benefit you greatly to take this time seriously, as your forever art means so much to us both.
